A noted Hudson Valley builder and bank investor. He served on the Board of directors of Union State Bank since 1982 and of its holding company, USB Holding Co., Inc., until their sale to Key Bancorp in 2007. He is currently the president and majority owner of Torsoe Bros. Construction Corp. based in Suffern, NY and the managing partner of Normandy Village Company, owner of a garden apartment complex in Nanuet, NY.

Mr. Lutz served on the board of Union State Bank and its holding company USB Holding Co., Inc., which was sold to Key Bancorp in 2007. He is president and CEO of Lutz Advisors, Inc., a bank consulting firm. Mr. Lutz has participated in the banking industry for nearly 40 years as a regulator, consultant, investment banker and director of two different banks. Mr. Lutz holds a BA from Hofstra University and an MBA from American University.

Mr. Rifkin is an established Rockland County certified public accountant, businessman and real estate investor. He is managing partner of Rifkin & Company, CPA’s, LLP as well as president of Payserv Corporation, a payroll service provider, both located in Bardonia, New York. Mr. Rifkin is a graduate of Wittenberg University.

Founder and president of Just-A-Buck retail stores, Goshen, NY. Mr. Bakst oversees 46 company and franchised stores throughout the eastern United States with six stores located in Orange County, NY. Mr. Bakst was born in Queens, NY and has over 20 years experience in retail.

Owner and president of Pantel Electric Company, Middletown, NY since 1972. He presently resides in Port Jervis, NY.

President and CEO of Greater Hudson Bank since August 2008. Mr. Wiggins brings to the Bank over 23 years of banking experience, all in the Hudson Valley region. Prior to this appointment, he served as senior vice president of commercial lending at Union State Bank (USB). Mr. Wiggins worked for USB for over 15 years and following Key Bank’s acquisition of USB, continued as a senior vice president in Key’s Real Estate Capital Group until his appointment at Greater Hudson Bank. Prior to his employment at USB, Mr. Wiggins worked for Marine Midland Bank (currently HSBC). Mr. Wiggins is a graduate of Pace University with both a BBA and MBA in Finance.
